Emotion Gift World follows a No Return / No Exchange policy due to the nature of our products and hygiene/safety reasons (especially fragrances and gift products).

Order Cancellation:

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
• Once shipped/dispatched, cancellation is not possible
