Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted only for items that are received damaged or defective due to transit or packaging issues.
To request a return, customers must report the issue within 3 days of delivery and provide a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the package being opened and the damaged product visible during the unboxing process.

Photo or video proof of the damage or defect required for approval. This video helps us verify that the damage occurred before or during delivery. Return requests without a proper unboxing video may not be approved.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
No. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

No. This is not a guaranteed benefit. It is a goodwill-based consideration.
Only orders with a single bill value of ₹786 or above are considered eligible. Multiple orders cannot be combined.
