Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 3-4 days of delivery only in case of damaged or defective items.
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Returns are accepted only for items that are received damaged or defective due to transit or packaging issues.
To request a return, customers must report the issue within 3-4 days of delivery and provide a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the package being opened and the damaged product visible during the unboxing process.
This video helps us verify that the damage occurred before or during delivery.
Return requests without proper proof may not be approved.
Note: Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection by the customer.
Exchange / Replacement Policy
Exchange or replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Once the request is approved and the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement product will be dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Delivery of the replaced product typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Depending on location, total replacement timelines may vary but generally fall within 7–10 business days.
Refund Policy
Refunds are initiated only after the return request is approved and the returned item passes inspection.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
After processing, the refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Important Conditions
Products damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return or refund.
Items returned without original packaging or beyond the 7-day window will not be accepted.
Emotion Gift World reserves the right to approve or reject return, exchange, or refund requests after verification.
