Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Emotion Gift World, we take great care in delivering quality products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we are here to help.

✅ Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 3-4 days of delivery only in case of damaged or defective items.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Returns are accepted only for items that are received damaged or defective due to transit or packaging issues.

  • To request a return, customers must report the issue within 3-4 days of delivery and provide a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the package being opened and the damaged product visible during the unboxing process.

  • This video helps us verify that the damage occurred before or during delivery.

  • Return requests without proper proof may not be approved.

Note: Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection by the customer.

 


🔄 Exchange / Replacement Policy

  • Exchange or replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Once the request is approved and the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement product will be dispatched within 2–3 business days.

  • Delivery of the replaced product typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Depending on location, total replacement timelines may vary but generally fall within 7–10 business days.

 
 
 

💳 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated only after the return request is approved and the returned item passes inspection.

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • After processing, the refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 
 

❗ Important Conditions

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Items returned without original packaging or beyond the 7-day window will not be accepted.

  • Emotion Gift World reserves the right to approve or reject return, exchange, or refund requests after verification.
